As we near our 40-year mark on the wine industry, we have come to view the making of our wines at Lang & Reed as the intersection of art and science, with the end results aimed high at bringing pleasure.

To achieve this, we relate to grape growers who conspire with us to combine the appropriate clones with the soil and the most beneficial aspect and growing techniques that all come together to bring out the most desirable attributes in each varietal that we craft. With this exacting attention to farming, the concept of terroir can manifest in a wine. The fermentation and aging techniques that we employ produce wines of substance and structure with correct varietal expression.

Most of all, we strive to craft wines that are enjoyable to drink and enticing to share with friends and family.
